Wahoo KICKR BIKE SHIFT Smart Bike
The Wahoo KICKR BIKE SHIFT Smart Bike stays set up and ready to ride, an indoor smart bike that copies the gearing of the bike you ride outside. Its virtual shifting, gear changes made by the bike's resistance, can follow a Shimano, SRAM or Campagnolo groupset. A brake and belt drivetrain answers changes in grade and power quickly, up to 2,200 watts and accurate to +/-1%. Simulated climbs reach 20% and descents -15%. Five adjustment points match the frame to your outdoor fit, so the position feels familiar from the first ride.
On Zwift, the screen shows your current gear while the buttons take on extra functions, and ERG Easy Ramp eases you back into a paused workout. Free Threshold Delivery from Recovery For Athletes brings the bike to your garage or through your front door, ready for your own pedals.

- Measures speed, distance, power and cadence
- Works with Zwift, ROUVY, TrainingPeaks, MyWhoosh, KinoMap and the Wahoo app
Setting the bike up for each rider
Guided by the Wahoo app, the bike adjusts at stack, reach, setback, saddle height and frame height to mirror the geometry of the bike you ride outside. Crank arm length adjusts as well.
- Five crank lengths: 165, 167.5, 170, 172.5 and 175 mm
- Fit setup guided step by step in the Wahoo app
- Handlebar and seatpost assemblies attach with the included 4 mm and 5 mm Allen wrenches
