The Wahoo KICKR BIKE PRO Smart Bike physically tilts with the road on screen, a smart bike that climbs to 20% and drops to -15% on descents. Resistance reaches 2,500 watts, and measured power is accurate to +/-1%. Virtual shifting, where the bike changes resistance to feel like a gear change, copies the gearing of a Shimano, SRAM or Campagnolo groupset. Five adjustment points, set up with the Wahoo app, match the frame to your outdoor fit. Recovery For Athletes includes Free Threshold Delivery, to your garage or through your front door.

The saddle, bar tape and handlebar are new: a Fi'zi:k Aliante R5 saddle, Fi'zi:k Solocush tape and a redesigned ergonomic bar whose shifter controls also send commands to Zwift. Five crank lengths, from 165 to 175 mm, let each rider in the house match the bike they ride outdoors, and pedals are not included.

Physical grade changes

Integrated tilt raises and lowers the whole bike as the virtual road changes, while resistance changes with it. Downhill simulation keeps your speed up on descents, the way momentum carries you outside.

Reality Shift

Choose the number of speeds and the cassette tooth count, and the bike reproduces that gearing. The shift buttons can be programmed to behave like SRAM, Shimano or Campagnolo levers.

KICKR Race Mode

Over WiFi, Race Mode lifts the power broadcast from 1 Hz to up to 10 Hz, updating with every flywheel revolution. Short wattage peaks in a sprint or an attack reach the race app as they happen.

Heart rate straps and other compatible sensors pair to the bike, which relays them onto your home network. Pairing gets quick, and the usual ANT+ and Bluetooth device limits stop getting in the way.

The KICKR BIKE PRO, the handlebar assembly, the seatpost and saddle assembly, an AC power adapter and 4 mm and 5 mm Allen wrenches. Pedals are not included.

An iPhone or iPad on iOS 16 or newer, or a Mac or Windows PC with Bluetooth or an ANT+ dongle. The bike also joins your home network over 2.4 GHz WiFi, and it plugs into a wall outlet with the included AC power adapter. Route simulation and structured workouts in the Wahoo app come with a Wahoo subscription.
