Wahoo KICKR Smart Trainer
The Wahoo KICKR Smart Trainer connects over WiFi as well as Bluetooth and ANT+, a smart trainer that gives training apps a faster and steadier stream of ride data. Resistance climbs to 2,200 watts and simulates grades up to 20%, with power tracked to within +/-1% and calibrated automatically. A 16 lb high-inertia flywheel and AXIS feet that flex 5 degrees side to side bring the trainer close to the feel of the road. On WiFi, Race Mode broadcasts power up to 10 times faster for a competitive advantage at critical race stages.
An 11-speed 11-28 cassette comes fitted, so most bikes are ready to ride once the right axle adapter is on. Steel construction keeps the trainer planted under hard efforts. A carrying handle makes it easy to move, and an odometer counts every mile you put on it.

How to use it
Ready for most frames out of the box
Take off the rear wheel and your bike drops onto the fitted 11-speed cassette, with the right adapter for its axle already in the box. Tire size height adjustment levels the bike for your wheel size, and a 1.8 mm cassette spacer and a disc brake caliper spacer cover the finer details.
- Tire size height adjustment for your wheel
- Carrying handle for moving the trainer
- Not compatible with Shimano CUES or LinkGlide drivetrains with the stock cassette
AXIS feet and a steel base
KICKR AXIS feet are customizable cushioned feet that respond to tempo and body position changes, copying the side-to-side movement of riding outdoors. Steel construction keeps the base planted through hard efforts.
- Hard, Medium and Easy feet included
- Trainer weight 47 lb (22 kg)
- Stays in place through years of heavy use
