Power Plate REV Exercise Bike
The Power Plate REV Exercise Bike is an indoor bike that sends vibration up through the pedals while you ride. Its patent-pending VibeShift Technology is set in motion by active pedaling, and if you stop pedaling, the vibration stops with it. An LED console tracks the ride and runs on battery or mains power. A belt drive turns a rear aluminum flywheel. Dual-sided pedals take SPD cleats on one face and a toe cage on the other, so cycling shoes and trainers both work. Two frame heights fit riders from about 61 in. to 84.6 in. tall.
It comes in matte black or wood and carries a rider of up to 330 lb / 150 kg. The commercial-grade design is built for health clubs and elite sports training as well as home rooms.

How to use it
Vibration that starts with the ride
Start pedaling and VibeShift starts with you; stop pedaling and it stops. The LED console sits on the handlebars, where the readouts stay in view through the whole ride.
- VibeShift Technology, patent-pending
- LED console on the handlebars
Sized to the rider
The frame you choose sets the seat range: approximately 36.3 in. to 41.2 in. on the Standard Height frame, and 37.8 in. to 42.9 in. on the Extra Height frame. Handlebars run 44.9 in. to 47.3 in. on both.
- Seat and handlebars adjust vertically and fore and aft
- Handlebars 44.9-47.3 in. / 114-120 cm
What it takes up
The REV is 23.8 in. / 60.5 cm wide and 53.9 in. / 137 cm deep, and at 121.2 lb / 55 kg it is light enough to reposition on a hard floor with a second pair of hands.
- 143.3 lb / 65 kg boxed, a two-person carry
- Belt drive and a rear aluminum flywheel
The range
How it compares
The REV is the Power Plate you ride, with VibeShift vibration built into the bike. The MOVE and the my5 are standing platforms: a columnless base, and a machine with a handled column and touchscreen.
